By accessing or using ServerSweep (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. ServerSweep reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept those changes.

2. What ServerSweep Does

ServerSweep is a Discord bot that scans users to check if they are associated with inappropriate Roblox communities. The bot uses third party APIs (TASE and Rotector) to check user accounts and provide information to users.

3. Permitted Uses

Subject to compliance with these Terms and the law, you may use the Service for:

• Monitoring and reviewing server members for associations with inappropriate Roblox communities
• Checking Discord and Roblox accounts to help keep your community safe
• Using the information provided by the Service to maintain safety of your Discord server
• Configuring automatic actions to moderate flagged users

4. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward any person or group
• Doxxing, or sharing personal information
• Using the Service to conduct fraud, or other illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse/bypass the Service or its APIs
• Any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Any activity that violates the law

ServerSweep reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban your access to the Service if any prohibited use is detected.

5. API Usage and Data Sources

ServerSweep uses third party APIs (TASE and Rotector) that are NOT owned or operated by us. We do not control these APIs and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, accions, or any issues caused by them.

6. No Guarantees

ServerSweep is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error free or always available
• The information provided is 100% accurate
• The Service will meet your specific needs
• Third party APIs will remain available or functional

We do not own and are not partnered with TASE or Rotector. These services may be removed or restricted at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerSweep and its developers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that result from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the Service
• Actions taken based on information from the Service
• Service downtime, bugs, or technical issues
• Third party API failures or inaccuracies

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• How you use the information provided by ServerSweep
• Complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Following all laws and regulations
• Reviewing flagged users before taking moderation action
• Configuring the bot correctly for your server

9. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
