Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ServerSweep you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it. We can update these at any time and continued use means you accept the changes.

2. What ServerSweep does

ServerSweep is a Discord bot that scans users for links to Roblox condo servers using TASE and Rotector. For group scans and appeals, we may temporarily store the Discord tag and reason text from a request. This gets deleted after processing. Appeals are not handled by us directly. Users need to get cleared through TASE or Rotector first, then submit an unban request to the server that actioned them.

3. What you can use it for

  • Checking members for Roblox-linked risks
  • Keeping your Discord server safe
  • Setting up automatic moderation for flagged users

4. What you can't use it for

  • Harassing, threatening, or targeting anyone
  • Doxxing or sharing personal info about others
  • Fraud or anything illegal
  • Trying to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the bot or its APIs
  • Anything against Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

We can suspend or ban your access if any of this is detected.

5. Third-party APIs

ServerSweep uses TASE and Rotector. We don't own or control them and aren't responsible for their accuracy or availability. Only numeric IDs are sent to these services.

6. No guarantees

The bot is provided as is. We don't promise it'll always be up, that results will be perfectly accurate, or that third-party APIs will stay available. We're not partnered with TASE or Rotector.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for any damage caused by using or not being able to use the bot, inaccurate results, actions taken based on those results, or API failures.

8. Your responsibility

  • How you use what ServerSweep tells you
  • Following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Following the law
  • Reviewing flagged users before acting on them
  • Setting the bot up correctly

9. Changes to the service

We can change, pause, or shut down any part of the bot at any time without notice.

10. Termination

We can suspend or remove your access for any reason, including breaking these terms. You can stop any time by removing the bot from your server.

11. Changes to terms

The date at the top reflects any updates. Continued use means you accept them.
